Art and Joy Lynn “The Fair Maiden of Movies”  are joined by our new regular commentator, Mitch “The Juice” to review the top hits and misses in the theaters this week. Art rants about hotel check in procedures and the clutter on his hotel desk. Our DVD of the week is The Inside Job-–The Best Documentary of the year winner at the 2011 Oscars.  Art & Joy Lynn both found the explanations of complex financial deals were made simple and scary. Mitch assigns homework to find out who Alan Greenspan’s wife is. [Hint: TV reporter for MSNBC Andrea Mitchell]  The worst film of the week is Battle: Los Angeles. Why do all aliens these days only want to blow up Los Angeles?  Mitch feels it was a wasted opportunity. Hall Pass starts a extended discussion on comedy and pure raunch in Hollywood. We then spin on Entertainment Weekly’s recent article on ten tips to improve movies and the movie experience in theatres. We feature the Wilson Brothers—Luke and Owen in our star segment.  We salute the city of Park City, Utah, home of the Sundance Film Festival….but also  because TMG just came back from skiing out there.  No one really notable died in Hollywood this past week so we pay tribute to the everyday person who passes away—many good people who never get recognized. We cover some Park City movie trivia and more.
